                                    ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

                                                SEPTEMBER 11, 2013

10:30 A.M.      Called meeting to order. Present: Paula B. Keefe, Ellen W. Abelson, Richard B. Gorden and Mark J. Mazur.                        

1. The Board read a statement from the Division of Local Services explaining the type of relationship they want to have with local officials.

2. The Board took the following actions on Fiscal Year 2014 applications for exemption for owners of the following parcels:

            Parcel # 53-5               Clause 17D     Granted

            Parcel # 72-103           Clause 41C      Granted

            Parcel # 94-2               Clause 41C      Granted

            Parcel # 84-108           Clause 41C      Granted

            Parcel # 70-128           Clause 41C      Granted

            Parcel # 80-79             Clause 41C      Granted

3. The Board discussed the status of our FY2014 state certification review.

                        4.         The Board decided to hold their next Board meeting at 10:30 A.M. on Wednesday, September 25, 2013.
